klapp is a desktop application that enables users to create, configure, and deploy personal AI coworkers that execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) across files, applications, and workflows. klapp operates offline-first and does not require cloud-based large language models.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of klapp, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

If we offer a free trial, it will be specified at the time of signup. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

klapp, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Kloudpad Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use klapp for your personal or business use.

You retain ownership of any content, workflows, or data you create using klapp. You grant us a limited license to use such content solely to provide and improve our services.

Your use of klapp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. klapp is designed to operate locally on your device. We do not access your files, workflows, or data unless you explicitly opt in to sync features.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that klapp will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or defects.

8.2 No Warranties

klapp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kloudpad Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of klapp.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kloudpad Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of klapp or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use klapp will cease immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain accessible, but access to cloud-synced features may be restricted.
